Ambrosia’s next wine class with be on December 5th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. In the spirit of the holidays, this class will feature a four-course dinner to perfectly compliment the wines prepared by Ambrosia chefs CJ and Rory. You'll learn about six Italian wines from the regions of Sardinia and Tuscany. Wine lovers know Tuscany as the producer of some of the world's most notable wines while Sardinia is home to a portfolio of varieties bearing little resemblance to those in any other Italian wine region. All of the wines we'll be tasting would make wonderful and original gifts for the holiday season. The wines are:

- Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna 2015 DOC
- Olianas Perdixi Rosso 2015, IGT Isole dei Nuraghi Sardegna
- Castello del Trebbio de' Pazzi 2011 IGT, Toscana
- Casadei Sogno Mediterraneo 2014 IGT, Toscana
- Casadei Cabernet Franc 2014 IGT, Toscana
Britta Gentle, representing Cline Import Company, and Clark Schatz, representing Southern Imports, will host this four-course dinner wine class and be ready to answer all your questions. All of the wines will be available for purchase at the dinner. Receive a 10% discount when 10 or more bottles are purchased at the event. A slide presentation about the wineries will also be presented.
