Ambrosia's next wine dinner will be on Tuesday November 6 - from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and feature wines from from all corners of Italy. Yes, it’s election night, but the only vote you’ll have to cast is which one of the wines you like the best. Clarke Schatz, with Erin Ricco representing Frederick Wildman Imports will present six wines from their portfolio.
Ambrosia Chef Rory Valentino, assisted by Ryan Blaze, will prepare a four-course dinner, each course paired with the wines. We’ll finish the meal with Pellegrino Marsala Superiore.
