We're pleased to partner with Holloran Vineyard Wines, known for their small production of sustainably farmed wines, for a five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, April 3 at 5:30pm
As a grower and wine producer since 1999 in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Holloran Vineyard's handcrafted wines begin in the vineyards they own and farm. Their emphasis is on low yields and careful hands-on management of the vines to produce wines that express the unique characteristics of their sites, including vines planted in the early 1970s.
Bill Holloran, assisted by Bryan Ables of Casa Bruno Imports, will speak about how their wines are made and answer questions you may have about his style of wine making. There will be videos and maps of the winery. The wines will be paired with courses created by Ambrosia's culinary team.
