Wine Dinners are back!
We’re very excited to pick back up with our wine dinners and this one will not disappoint. Britta Gentle, Northwest Regional Manager of Cline Sisters Imports, will present seven wines from Tuscany and Sardinia at our April Wine Dinner. Britta is a certified Sommelier and industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the wine industry. She will guide you through the dinner with intimate knowledge of the wine, the region, the family history, and the passion that goes into every bottle.
The wines that we will be featuring are all from the Casadei Family. Their viticulture practice is called Biointegrale which is akin to biodynamic practices and they are all certified organic as well. These wonderful wines will be paired with courses prepared by Guest Chef, Ambrosia Alum Erik Farr.
