Stoller Family Estate Wine Dinner
Join us on Monday, April 29 for a five-course dinner with wines from Stoller Family Estate presented by Winemaker, Ben Howe.
Our next wine dinner will feature wines from Stoller Family Estate presented by Stoller’s VP of Winemaking, Ben Howe. We hope you’ll join us for this special dinner on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 5:30pm prepared by Ambrosia’s culinary team headed by Chef Michael Chamberlin.
Stoller Family Estate, nestled in the heart of Dundee, Oregon, is a testament to the region's rich winemaking heritage and commitment to sustainability. As pioneers in the Willamette Valley, the Stoller family has crafted world-class wines since the vineyard's establishment in 1995. Spanning over 400 acres of stunning landscape, their vineyards are meticulously tended to produce premium Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and other varietals. Visitors to the estate are treated to breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains while enjoying tastings in their LEED-certified winery, where modern architecture harmonizes with the natural surroundings. With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, Stoller Family Estates continues to redefine Oregon's wine scene, inviting guests to savor the essence of the Willamette Valley with every sip.
We are delighted to welcome Ben Howe, Stoller’s VP of Winemakeing to present the wines. Born and raised in the Midwest, Ben received his Bachelor’s degree in Fermentation Sciences from Oregon State University. Ben has winemaking experience in New Zealand, India, Oregon, and California. In 2015, after climbing the ranks at King Estate, he joined Stoller Family Estate to bolster the production of the Dundee Hills wine tier and build a new winemaking facility for those wines. In 2022, Ben was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Under his leadership, the winemaking team launched the Canned Oregon and Chemistry brands. Ben believes that a winemaker’s job is to be as transparent as possible and let the vineyard shine through. To that end, he enjoys making Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as they lend themselves to this style of winemaking.
