Join us for a five-course dinner on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 5:30pm with Ambrosia’s Chef Even Potoker paired with wines from Four Graces Winery in Dundee, Oregon. After taking most of the summer off, we're excited to savor the end of summer with our Late Summer Wine Dinner. The menu is inspired by the pure, elegant, and complex qualities of the wines as well as the abundance of produce during this time of year. You’ll see lots of produce on the menu including heirloom tomatoes, spaghetti squash, and Lion's Mane mushrooms to name a few.
Four Graces Winery, located in the Dundee Hills of the Willamette Valley, is committed to making site-specific wines from sustainably farmed and well-tended vineyards. The Four Graces symbolizes the four daughters of the founding family and now has come to represent the ‘Graces Tier’ of wines within the Foley Family Wines portfolio. Four Graces wines are crafted under the guidance of winemaker, Tim Jones, who first became interested in winemaking while he was a student at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and later studied winemaking abroad in Chile and Argentina.
Jesse Kennisson of Southern Grazers and Kevin Goodwin of Foley Family Wines will be our hosts and will be available to answer any questions pertaining to these wine.
