Ambrosia’s December Wine Dinner celebrates Sicilian cuisine and wine
Ambrosia’s last wine dinner of the year at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, December 3, will take you to the Mediterranean island of Sicily. Sicilian cuisine is an intricate lesson in history—it shows traces of all cultures that have existed on the island of Sicily over the past two millennia. While it has a lot in common with Italian cuisine, it also has Greek, Spanish, French and Arab influences.
The five-course dinner, prepared by Ambrosia’s culinary staff headed by Ryan Blaze will be paired with six Sicilian wines.
Our host for the night is Patricia Zanatta, the regional director of Taub Family Selections. She will share her deep knowledge of each wine and the Sicilian wine region as a whole.
This five-course wine dinner with wine costs $65.00 per person. Purchase 12 or more bottles at the dinner and receive a 10% discount. Space is limited to 25 people, please call 541-342-4141 now to book your seats. We hope to see you there!
