Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines that embody the Northwest’s diverse terroir—from the elegant vibrance of Oregon Pinot Noir to the structured depth of Washington reds.

The elements of terroir—soil, climate, topography, and craftsmanship—are like puzzle pieces, each uniquely shaped yet essential, coming together to create a wine that reflects the land it comes from.

The menu, created by Ambrosia’s Chef Jason Boyer and his team, celebrates the vibrant flavors and seasonal bounty of the Pacific Northwest in early spring. Fresh greens, bright citrus, and delicate herbs reflect the awakening of the season, while rich meats, aged cheeses, and deep fruit reductions nod to the region’s bold culinary traditions.

Jesse Kennison and Skip Miller will be our hosts for the dinner. They’ll give details of the terroir behind each bottle of wine and compare and contrast the styles of these two northwest wineries. Browne Family Vineyards focuses on producing elegant, fruit-forward wines from Washington State, while Battle Creek Vineyards, based in Oregon, is known for its rich and earthy Pinot Noirs—both emphasize quality craftsmanship but showcase the distinct terroirs of their respective regions.
