Our presenter, Tim O’Brien has 34 years in the beverage industry and is a certified Sommelier. Tim will share his knowledge of South American wines at our wine dinner featuring wines from Chile and Argentina on September 14.
The wine-producing regions of Argentina and Chile are rich in history, which we’ll delve into as well as aspects of the terroir such as climate and altitude. These wonderful wines will be paired with courses prepared by guest chef Eric Farr and Ambrosia’s culinary team. Each course is created to compliment the qualities of the wines.
A taste of all the wines, accompanied by dinner is $75 per person plus gratuity. Purchase 12 bottles or more at the dinner and receive a 10% discount.
